Marilyn requested assistance in addressing postcards for membership renewal. Discussion followed on printing postcards with a generic message regarding membership and renewal.

Meeting Management

A discussion was held on how to manage unruly people at the General KMCA meetings. Rules of Order, Code of Conduct, allowing limited time and single issue per participant and other options were raised. It was suggested that establishing the framework for Q&As at the beginning of the General Meeting would help alleviate the out of order behavior.

Board Vacancy

It is necessary to post an announcement in the newsletter regarding the completion of a term of a Board member (Joe Brungardt) who can no longer serve. Nominations will be accepted from the floor during the December meeting.

Kersey Street Fire

Mr. Priestley paid a visit to the fire site and learned that the house is in the process of renovation.
