Since its inception on July 1, 1996, through December
31, 1997, a total of $5.4 million has been spent in 13 neighborhoods.
Renew Montgomery has been successful in addressing the backlog of infrastructure
repair needs in matured neighborhoods; coordinating repair activity with
other programs within the department; and providing citizens with an opportunity
to voice their neighborhood infrastructure concerns.
